Bloquity is the bridge between real world assets, security, utility, and stability, and metaverse. Bloquity modernizes and digitizes the real estate investing and landlord experience, enabling everyday people the ability to acquire, sell, trade and leverage their real property assets, at a fractional level.

For Bloquity, we used here sunrise orange and tech teal colors for theme. And we used here Supermolot Neue and New grotesk fonts for typography these fonts give a clean-cut, professional vibe.

We did that by utilizing the whole screen of the device the user is on and gave them a panaromic view of the property they want to analyze.

THE HERO
We kept the hero section decluttered, only filling it with a copy, a CTA, and a brand image to make the button the focal point of attention. Without the hassle of signing up, user can hit the button and start exploring the Boquity.

A CLOSER LOOK OF THE DASHBOARD
The dashboard gives you insight into the Total Return, Capital Growth, and the Yield of the properties you own. You can choose to view the overall portfolio value, properties in idividual cities, or individual properties in different cities. In addition to the parent navigation tab, we introduced two new ones in the Dashboard. There is also an ‘Asset Management’ action button that takes you to where you can view all your assets and other details.

Users can calculate their indicative future wealth from investing in a particular property. After filling the required input fields, users can view a property’s Cummulative Net Cash Flow, the Cumulative Appreciation Gain, their Investment, and the Total Investment Value along with a graphical view
THE PROPERTY DEETS
Users can view every property in a nice panoramic view and can see all of the property’s details like Key Property Details, Performance Data, Marketing Data, Documents, and Gallery. These can be viewed from the tab given at the bottom, along with options like Calculator, View on Map, and Nearby places for easier decision-making.
THE NFT PART
Under Asset Management, you can see your glory and the beautiful NFT token you can now brag about. In this section, you can see your current rental balance, the number of properties you own, your total portfolio value, total account value, and the total rent you have recieved thus far. Better yet, you can gaze at your NFT’s expanded view for hours on end.
